It is the intention to leave Tredivett Mill and the Nature Reserve to the Conservancy.

The costs of looking after our collection including feeding, veterinary costs, wages and particularly enclosure building are very high. Our annual costs are approaching £50,000. All this has been funded personally by my wife and me till now. But we now have registered the Conservancy as a Charity so that the Trustees can carry it forward, hopefully it will carry on the same work when Cherry and I are no longer here.

We are now therefore looking for membership both personal and corporate. We are planning on an adoption system for many of our animal stars. Every penny counts.

– Adopt an animal –

Becoming a member is easy – you can download our application form to become a member and start to make a difference straight away.

As a member, sponsor or adopter you are invited to the Trust to see the animals. To arrange a visit please ring 01566 776899. We do ask that you give us a minimum of 3 days warning to ensure an authorised person can be available to take you around the centre personally.

You can also adopt one of our animals, (Those adopting will be invited to take personal photos of their chosen animal):
